Nice. I purchased my first 18xx in 2020 and now have a community willing to play fairly regularly (having introduced them to 18xx 😀). Played 1841 last week which was brutal.
That’s great. I found a guy locally who is really into 18xx. We met up once so far and trying to get something going. Hopefully we can form a small community
I find that at 2 players 1860 is pretty good although it has a few rules tweaks from the basic system. Railways of the Lost Atlas is a good introduction to the system and has the ability to have games of different length and scope.
I found a guy locally who has Shikoku 1889. He taught me and a couple other guys how to play. So hopefully this is the beginning of a regular gaming group.
