On Thursday 30th Jan, Ciara Garcha will be presenting her research titled 'Indians in Britain at War: The Indian Workers Association, Anticolonialism and the Politics of the Indian Diaspora in Second World War Britain'
On 13th February we will be hosting Anna-Lena Almstedt from Freie Universität Berlin to present a seminar titled 'The Biography of Ayuba Suleiman Diallo – Construction of an ‘African Gentleman'
We will also be hosting Chandini Jaswal from Panjab University on 'Insān-i Kāmil: The ‘Perfect Woman’ of the Mughal Empire— Revisiting the Narrative of the Sufi Princess, Jahanara Begum'!
