I want to formally move my business abroad to benefit from better taxes and lower fees.
Which country offers the easiest way to start a business, ideally allowing a full electronic setup without unnecessary bureaucracy or physical check-ins?

But I don't know the details tho

I have to renew mine aswell :)
There are many companies which can set you up with an öu (private company), that will take a couple of days max.

I'll continue to keep an eye on your PH thread 😄
I'm just reading about Georgia, and setting up as an Individual
No need for resident director
No taxes on income from income outside of Hong Kong
Flat tax rate - if revenue is within Hong Kong
Fast setup - cost effective
but regardless of the place, make sure wherever you live will not require you to have a business registered (unless you’re a nomad)
I have a German limited liability company because Germany requires a registration if the business center of operation happens here (and I live & work here)
Registered addresses are easy as legit companies provide them for about 40 GBP a year.
Of course you could hide it, but then you shouldn't have asked here ;)
I think that taxes were quite ok in my country a year ago but the current government started creating nonsensical taxes that discourage small founders from having a business.
