Seattle has good players at every position, and some decent players to fill in when someone in the starting 11 is injured, but they really don't have a difference maker. Rusnak most games, but Seattle needs 3 DP difference makers, every, single game, but the owners say nope... @soundersfc.com

Interested to see how this offseason shapes up for the Sounders. How much longer do you think Obed Vargas will be in Seattle? Have to imagine it would be hard to say no to a sizable offer from Liga MX.

Supposedly he is holding out for Europe (says something that LigaMX is no longer considered a stepping stone) but I don’t think that will be long. I’ll be surprised if he is here (not on a loan back) this time next year.
