It's always the big artists with thousands/tens of thousands of followers who shit on smaller artists just bc they have the privilege of enough their followers following them to new platforms to maintain a steady income. Unfortunately, we small artists have to build from the ground up.

This isn't the way to go about it, is harmful & lacking any nuance.
Yes, 99.9% of people, if they care, should leave X. But there's nothing to be gained from shaming the fraction of a percent who still rely on it to live. At most you should be asking them to also post on BSKY to help change that.

The platform *had* a massive positive side too and the unfortunate reality is it's where most people were and still are.
It's not a "decision" if it's the only realistic route for you.

It doesn't matter how much "warning" there was, all that matters is where they're actually able to get views.

YOU don't know what it's like to make your living from freelance art; getting consistent work is a luxury, so the next best thing is getting as many eyes on you as you can to chance a commission.

I'm someone who has been adamantly advocating for people to move here since the summer & doing all I can to spread the word. But getting aggressive with people & especially rude is never the way to get people to do that.

People seeing the post you made above do not see any of that supposed context, they just see you being needlessly insulting.
You don't get to decide for others what is needed for their livelihood. Advocate to switch and then move on, don't be obsessive & pushy, that only turns people off the site.
