Tbh that's something I'm also guilty of. Gotten better with getting older, thankfully. Random trauma dumping is nothing but destructive for the content creator and the person who does it.

There is a major difference in thanking someone for helping them get through a dark spot than thanking someone like this.... Please, people, reach to professionals, not content creators. We are JUST people.
