5/7 Strategic adaptation IS adaptation that simultaneously seeks to decarbonise. But the beauty of now centring adaptation is: doing so EMBODIES an acceptance of our failure thus far, and so enables us to come to terms with that failure. ONLY if we do so is there can we recalibrate.
