yeah, has absolutely nothing to do with the Liberal's immigration policy. Nothing to do with letting in MILLIONS without a pro active housing plan. Why understand supply and demand when you can just blame Harper.

And yet we're also underpopulated. The problem in Trudeau's plan was a lack of regulation to avoid overcrowding already overcrowded areas.

But the low interest rates started the process of expensive housing LONG before immigration peaked or Trudeau even became a "thing".

Harper averaged 220k immigrants, temporary foreign workers and international students per year, Trudeau averaged 430k. DOUBLE! but yeah, that wasn't the cause it was interest rates.

thanks for proving my point. Yes the line was higher at the end of Harper, but what did the Liberals do about it? He added way more demand to the already tight supply. Liberals had 10 years to correct the trend. Total failure
