I sound like a gymrat but honestly exercise has improved my mental health exponentially - I do sometimes get all snippy like before, but that's when I'm bored and remember about it lol

So yeah, I'm quite proud! Not even as a teenager I was this active :v
So it makes sense for sure! I just know there's people that see exercising like a boring chore, which it kinda is when you wanna be lazy xD but it's good too! :D
