Having farmers as friends and family that are all opposed to bloodsports, the narrative that hunting is intrinsically linked to and in some way benefits farming is a total myth.
Yeah signs like that are frequent enough in the states.
Some of the time it's a "for your own safety, don't hunt here." following incidents where farmers had to shoot a whole pack of bear dogs/have the hunters arrested after the dogs attacked their cows.
There are more of us who live rurally who oppose hunting than the media and popular myth (both heavily informed by well connected hunts themselves) would have you believe.
I've lived in a small village in rural Norfolk for over 30 years and have met very few people who support fox hunting. The Countryside Alliance created a myth.
