After three coaches, it should be clear the problem is beyond that. It’s the team on the court and the people (namely Jones) that put that team in the court.

A lot of changes need to be made. We took some huge swings and mortgaged our future in doing it… and that’s been a failure. 😞

The more I read about this, the more untenable it seems. Time for the owner to write another check to make someone go away. But problems seem to run deeper, too.

Going into the season my stance was Bud should firmly be the long-term coach and figure out the roster around him if the Suns fall short again. I don’t think anyone expected this level of unmitigated disaster. All cards should rightfully be on the table for evaluation and a major shakeup.

I think the issue is more that there isn't a head coaching change out there that's going to fix this team. The coaching has been a problem but it hasn't been The Problem. The Problem is a lackluster roster with the highest payroll and virtually no assets or cap flexibility to improve it with

I don't think there's any way to turn this team into a contender anymore. I hate it but this team is going to be bad for awhile and they can be bad with no assets or bad with some assets. The question is does Book love Phoenix enough to want to keep playing on bad teams at this point in his career.

From afar, it seems like Coach Bud would be way down the list of problems for me. Ishbia should look inward at transactions and roster decision he’s likely made. And then he should recalibrate expectations for what they currently are before pointing the finger. Any coach would get the same outcome.

Maybe the coach is not the issue of this keeps happening. When will ishbia admit he did an awful job constructing this roster? He is the main responsible for this
