I'm not looking for a change in management and, as you say, we've improved from last year (11pts and 8 places). I think he has one more season to achieve the aim of promotion. That being said, I can understand the frustration of people. Especially given some of the performances served up at home.

It’s not just the results, it’s the stultifying boring football that he produced. You can accuse Williams of a few things but boring football is not one of them.

There are 17 other clubs who haven’t achieved what we have. Of course there have been lost points, bad performances, but anyone outside of the top 7 would want our place. The top of the league is still fairly tight, and if you look at GD, no team has dominated. I think that just demonstrates…

How the whole league is at, in terms of level of player, tactics, etc.
I believe we could have done better, but I also think we could have done a lot worse with the injuries, the upheaval on the sideline, etc. I think a lot is at the player’s doors, and a sports psychologist is needed.

I think some of our supporters are entitled idiots. A lot of them are newbie’s who haven’t suffered the real hard times. They think these are because we’re not winning every game at a canter. Maybe we’re not as good as they think we are and some are the teams are just that little bit better
