I understand that deleting the Tweets isn't easy. I believe you can only delete them one at a time within Twitter, but there are apps or services external to Twitter that can help. That was more work than I wanted to do.

Nuked mine 3 weeks ago (coinciding with a certain event) after a couple of initial slips and haven’t looked back.

The political discussion on this site is not very insightful. It's pretty bourgeois for the most part. It is a bit less toxic, but because there is no push back from opposing ideas we get lazy analysis. The other place is where we see a dialectic.

Always found I opened Twitter out of habit. Deleting it removed that particular accidental tick. I even nuked my account without a second thought to past contacts, follows, tweets, etc, and don’t regret it at all
