Office can still be purchased and downloaded onto your machine if you don’t want office365, but they bury the link on the website so most people don’t know it. Not sure about Adobe.

Funny thing, the difference between the 'Home" and "Home and business" seems to be only Outlook but the price difference is 100 USD... What the holy f??
