youtube has LOTS of great resources for art learning. some off the top of my head:

robot pencil
draw mix paint
proko

proko is fantastic for fundamentals in illustration, drawmixpaint more for oils, robot pencil more for digital.

ah thats so kind to say, thanks! best i can recommend with learning resources that helped me is to locate your top, toppest artists you love/want to replicate to some degree.

study them, look for what you like about their work and deconstruct it.
