Bit late, but OMG making Christmas pudding with Mum for the first time in 16 years was amazing back in December. We decided to use Gewurzhaus Christmas Cake & Pudding Spice in my great-grandmothers (!) handwritten recipe, it was AMAZING. Much recommend.
