Question: is it still best practice to do one call per issue, and one call per day? In other words, are these three issues three different days calling my rep?

Well, I’m no expert. I do suggest making a call per topic. There’s so much going on. I know it can be overwhelming, but the person on the other end of the line is required to record it and it’s just easier if they have one topic to focus on at a time. My 2 cents
