Indeed, curiosity piqued about the seeming bias of the writer I read her other piece covering the Amsterdam clashes.
Which lead me down a rabbit hole, wondering who she was, if this was a pattern, and what I've found raises even more questions.

All of this is to say, perhaps CW should take a closer look at articles published, writers featured, in order to effectively convey a point. I'm not defending Blumenthal here, but I do need to do a deeper dive before trusting other pieces you publish.

Israel is the biggest propogator of antisemitism with its genocide, lies and disinformation.
Even the bbc admitted the "antisemitic attacks" on the israeli football fans was instigated by the Israelis singing about the murder of all Gazans. Calling out lies is not antisemitic

This struck me as well. The Dutch papers and news all reported it as Maccabi supporters instigating, a known problem with EU football hooligans. Mixing legitimate criticism into the report delegitimizes the whole.

Blumenthal has issues but his book “Goliath” is still the best book I’ve ever found for explaining Israel-Palestine and this article flatly dismisses it as antisemitic. The author of this piece is not pro Palestine.

We haven’t had ISIS spending Sunni oil money to make a run on our streets. Perhaps you’d feel differently about the matter if well funded criminals showed up from someplace else and began murdering your friends and family so they can settle in with their teenage brides. Hezbollah that ended this.
