JFC, can people just admit that Tom Cruise, via his Top Gun movies, gave the US Navy some really good optics which led to a significant enlisted drive? That’s a good thing, people. Even when it’s Tom Cruise.

Sending recruitment numbers through the roof and maintaining a positive image of the US Navy. Like him or not, it’s true. There’s no negative to this.
