Per SoCal Edison, the Hurst fire (north SFV) was sparked by one of their lines that had an issue.
The Palisades fire may have started from a New Years Eve/Day fireworks celebration that caught fire but was put out by LAFD; it may have smoldered for six days before the crazy winds came in.
SCE is required to report when the state is investigating them for possibly causing a fire, which they did yesterday. SCE is not saying that they caused the fire, at least not now.
The info we are getting down here is consistently evolving and developing, so I'm just glad I was able to help.
I haven't heard anything about potential are suspected causes of the Eaton or Kenneth fires yet, but I'm 100% sure it was anthropogenic - havent seen lightning here since last autumn.
