zumal die message eigentlich klar sein sollte dass geheimdienste ohne jegliche kontrolle keine gute idee sind, so war section 31 in ds9 damals eingeführt worden, als klare kritik aber das passt wohl auch nicht so in den neoliberalen zeitgeist.
