Believing in and wanting trans rights is not being an "ally." It's "not being garbage." I kind of hate the term "ally" at this point because I believe it makes people think the position is above and beyond or out of the ordinary.

I firmly believe in trans rights but i dont like calling myself an ally unless a *trans person specifically* called me that — and even then I’m not gonna brag about it because i’m not placing my allyship over that persons transness like I’m suddenly so important & not them. Thats not how this works.

When another person tries to threaten and control other grown adults, the one trying to force their way on others is out of line and fails Humanity 101.
