With my limited knowledge on such things, it seems to me that a lot of the UK has ideal conditions for nacreous clouds to form today. Has anybody seen any? And can any meteorologists confirm if I'm correct, please?

Gold at the base of the clouds, rising to pale blue/purple and then turning to a pearlescent, mother-of-pearl kind of effect.
I’m not sure if that’s what nacreous clouds are, but it was wonderful to see on my drive home 😊
