I’m not an expert in defying judicial orders but this is not the final word from the judge if they don’t comply. The judge can sanction them with monetary penalties and if that doesn’t work put them in jail (or order it at least). it’s too soon after one order to assume the judge won’t do more - ThreadSky

I think the question here is, who is going to arrest anyone on the Musk team? Who can the judges order to carry out any of the directives coming out of the courts right now? I'm not asking this snarkily (word?), just really concerned like everyone else.

He can fine them, sanction them, hold them in contempt, and can send marshals out to enforce judicial orders, and to bring people before the court.

And no, the AG cannot override a judge's order to a marshal, even if the President orders him to.

I think these are normal concerns, but the fact is that we need to watch this play out. No use in guessing. We need to go through official channels until there aren’t any left. And, if it gets to the point of arrest and no one in law enforcement will do it, THAT is when WE become the enforcers.
