Yes indeed. A little over a hundred years ago when a collision between two ships, one laden with explosives, blew up in the harbour and devastated the city of Halifax. Boston was instrumental in Halifax's recovery and Nova Scotia sends Boston a Christmas tree every year in eternal thanks...
