How old are they? The battery in the pods case (that you can’t change out for a new one) only last a few years. Designed obsolescence. They want you to have to buy a new pair every few years.
if you have updated them to the latest firmware, then perhaps one side might not be contacting properly in the charger. Drain both buds fully then do a recharge of both.
Check your eq and see if your balance is out. Also if you tend to only have one in. They deplete bssed on output. So volume, balance, and unequal use will affect that.
