Hate to say it but I don’t any longer bother reading the articles about US shootings. They wont change their laws, so it will keep happening. That is not news.

Australia did and they fixed the problem. I don't want to send my kids to some police guarded institution to learn. Wasn't it the son of a police officer at Fla State? Don't they know how to secure their weapons? The US needs to wake up and get rid guns.

I hated John Howard but that was a great thing he did. His Coalition Government risked losing the next election by doing it. Tim Fischer his Deputy PM and National Party leader pushed gun control. Note the Nationals seats are all in country Aus so they had more gun lovers to upset.

They got all the States to sign up on laws. The Queensland Premier at the time was the only one who lost the next election over it. He said since he knew with the number of gun owners in Queensland at the time it may cost him Government but would do it again because lives matter

Nah it won’t happen, sadly, so many mass shootings, including at schools. You would think Sandy Hook would have been their belated wake up call. But no. Apparently it’s important they have guns to prevent a dictatorial government. And yet 😬🤔🤷‍♀️.

We are in America. We don't fix problems unless it costs us money. Then we just price gouge everything and lecture the rest of the world they should appreciate US more.

Except when white americans get so doggone fired up by accusing others of doing exactly what we did when we got here.
