The fun part, is that the sacred and blessed Centre Plan lets them run wild. And the councillor gets to smile that swarmy smile and say ‘what do you want me to do?’

HRM has a developer problem. Too many act like gangsters… ignoring laws and lawful orders and treating tenants like criminals and basically just doing as they please.
