You best bet it's going to be a big honker that's difficult to parse, maybe a little rambley, and definitely at least part gonzo style narrative.

I think that's a good test actually. Manifestos should definitely be too large to nail to a door.

The CEO shooter's "Manifesto" got released and it was a little over 250 words.

I really feel like it was framed initially as a "manifesto" to make the guy look like some crazed radical.

When in reality it was a succinct note that spelled out his reasoning fairly clearly.
