It's only censored if you don't allow NSFW in your settings. In my main account, everyone with NSFW content have their pfp changed into either a letter initial or a basic silhouette

make sure you properly tag your stuff as suggestive or explicit when appropriate and you should be find.

there's a moderation system that pops up whenever you upload and image and you SHOULD use it.

When I tap your account icon, it can be seen clearly while blur is removed off. When our banner is tapped and held, I can open it as a new tab.
