What if the league itself issued a handful of unique fiat currencies to its clubs none of which are the US dollar per se, some exchangeable with other currencies and some not, but also the league itself still existing and interacting with other teams in the global transfer market.

This year there’s a new team in San Diego, like if you didn’t know where to start and wanted to get in on the ground floor of something. I personally had an unpleasant time when I was in San Diego last but people say it’s great.
