In seriousness, though, does anyone actually fall for this kind of spam? Like, spam that's so obvious, it may as well have a large neon sign above it saying "THIS IS SPAM"

I know the answer is probably "yes," but I just can't imagine how someone could look at that and think "this is my lucky day!"
