So... we're moving house to Old Trafford, we'll be a mile away from the current stadium... Can't decide whether the New Stadium and re-generation of the area is a good thing (for me) or not.

Has to be good Stan. That whole area will be regenerated. What is currently a wasteland is going to be improved beyond recognition. Shops, restaurants, parks.
