To meet the Clean power by 2030 the UK needs to double its onshore wind (13GW to 27GW), triple its solar power from (15GW to 47GW) by 2030, 10-12 GW of flexible demand side response (e.g smart charging) as well as CCS power and nuclear plant life extensions.
