There should be altenatve charging networks no need to fully rely on Tesla, of course they will be more busy thats why infrastructure does not have to be a monopoly.

I assume most manage in everyday life, as they charge at home. But when they travel, you are more reliant on the charger network and if this strike continues, this will become "dirty".

What I don't understand is, why can't they use other chargers. Is it because of the type of plug?

They can use all others as the EU standard plug is CCS2 an all vehicles and Tesla stated using this since 2019 so they can theoretically charge everywere (mhight be slightly more expensive depending on)

The Tesla workers are on strike, they are members of IF Metall union. Others sympathize with them and refuse to work on Employers equipment.
Harbour workers, mechanics, mailman, roadworkers, electricians, etc. they simply refuse to touch anything with a Tesla logo on it.

Because they symphatize with the Tesla workers on strike. In fact there is solidarity action in effect regarding various services to Tesla in Sweden.
