Trump's big problem has always been the law, because he is a crook. The thick orange ogre may not understand that he has to stuff the Supreme Court with compliant judges to get away with crime, but surely some of his advisors will see this?

So I think the way that would work is that he couldn't be held accountable but anyone who executes the order that has been declared unconstitutional is still subject to the law. Interesting right?
