the game was pretty okay actually. mediocre, but not (derogatory). nothing amazing but not bad by any means. and the live-action cutscenes were comedy cold, albeit unintentionally

Ah, gotcha. The only NFS title I've tried in forever was the ... 2010? Hot Pursuit, which really didn't do it for me. A shame, because Hot Pursuit 1 and 2 remain my favorite entries in the series (as fun as the Underground titles were)
