If they don't want to buy my book because it's sold on Amazon, that's their call, and I respect that. There are plenty of other people who aren't boycotting Amazon and believe there are better ways to change the company's behavior.

I agree. I'm no fan of Amazon's policies of Jeff Bezos. But they're the best game in town for me to earn a profit - a portion of which I can donate to candidates who will regulate big companies like his. I'd love to see a group of creatives put together a nonprofit that does what Amazon does.
