does anyone know why after upgrading from a 1080ti to a 7900xtx, osrs(117) now drops from 60 fps to 15 depending on how much I zoom out?

Same settings, new drivers are installed
Gpu usage spikes from ~30% to ~80%
I swear this didn’t happen on the 1080ti
