Yes! If you have an air filter, it will filter out particulate matter, but not Co2. Co2 levels go up when there's more exhaled air (or car exhaust) hanging out (and therefore more likely stuff that's been in other people). I'm sure there's a clearer way of putting that. Woke up at 4am for the flight
