Does anyone wish the US Military's 'Life inside a kitchen' videos ever show the actual cooking and serving process in the kitchen without 85% of the video being a script about how they train and educate these 'culinary specialists' and not about the actual cooking?

I'm here to watch people cook and have a good time. Not to learn, for the hundredth time, that cooks in the military are called Culinary Specialists who learn to cut potatoes to a standard size and use BTUs and cook everything the same.
