For various reasons, messing with my diet for Lent is a bad idea, medically and spiritually, so what I've come up with is forcing myself to pray or meditate (the thinking about kind, not the Buddhist kind) 30 minutes every day /before/ I do fun stuff for the night which is ~= less video games.
