I think you'll find that when you're two goals down with 18' on the clock and finish with a draw you've actually rescued a point. Even the notoriously scousetastic Guardian admitted that.

We didn't drop points. We were 2-0 down, 2-2 is a good result, all things considered.

Considering Everton's form and our form, 2-2 at Goodison is a great result. I'd have taken that before kick off.
