No one was ever arguing if he did it or not but whether he was guilty and legally he wasn't found guilty federally.

Nobody said he was legally charged. I said he did a crime i witnessed and then pointed to law that SHOULD apply, and then pointed to many grand juries that said the same thing 🤷🏽

He was convicted in Colorado. And then SCOTUS overturned it. I'd guess that chilled cases in other states such as Arizona and Michigan. Sadly now we'll never know
