Every one of those teams are such bandwagon programs and 2 have won national championships in the past 20 years.

In order: Texas >> Notre Dame >>>>>>>>> Ohio St > Penn State

Texas gets my love just because I enjoy keeping the title in the southeast, but UT has looong been a non-Clemson favorite. Longhorns are OK in my book.
