Before it was my scratchy throat making hard to sleep. Now my throats not as scratchy but my nose is 100x more stuffy than it was and it's making it hard to sleep

That's one of the most infuriating feelings in the world. I think that's the one think I can't handle about being sick. Take a tablespoon of honey before bed, it coats your throat and helps a lot. Hope you feel better soon friend! 💚🫂
