TW: Body image stuff!
I've been making efforts to appreciate and love my body, particularly the parts that I hate or feel indifferent towards. It's been difficult—the body dysmorphia and low self-esteem runs DEEP—but every now and then I catch something I like, and make a point to acknowledge it.
