I am writing this story and I realize people might have to look up a few words/terms while reading it and you know... that is okay. It is good for people to do that.

When I was a kid, if I didn't know what a word meant I had to walk to the library and look up the word in a dictionary. This journey often required walking up hill in the snow both ways.
People who aren't afraid of reading a book aren't afraid of looking up a word.
When I was little, I was told to read a page and if there was one word I didnβt understand then the book was at an appropriate level for me. I still use this rule at times.
I personally love it when I have to look up a word or phrase. Phrases are especially fun.Like going to hell in a handbasket" Came from miners being lowered into the shaft in a basket. Fun stuff! Keep writing!

It's never wrong to encourage vocabulary.
