So I'm trying a thing, it's like a matcha allongé but I don't really know what an allongé is so it's matcha with like half oat milk and some stevia and we're gonna see what happens

I also don't know how you let matcha "sit" haha you just drink it once it's cool enough! But to report back, it was a 7/10 experience—would do again but not necessarily better than just matcha and water.
allonges are pretty particular to montreal, and they're espresso shots pulled for a longer time than usual, so it's a larger volume of coffee but from the same amount of coffee grounds. So I guess to do that with matcha you'd add more water than called for and let it sit *slightly* longer...
