Because he’s using his platform to incite violence towards people who currently hold legitimate jobs. It’s one thing to say a certain categories of jobs should be eliminated but it’s quite another to name specific people knowing full well that he’s mobilizing a mob that will threaten them.
There is absolutely no way anything Musk has done meets, or even comes close, to the legal requirements for incitement.
